Yes, this specific package is designed for travel dates within September and October 2025. It is subject to availability, so early booking is highly recommended.
Hotel assignments are based on availability at the time of booking. You can state your preference, and we will do our utmost to accommodate it. All listed hotels are of a confirmed 4-star standard.
This refers to the room occupancy. Quad is 4, Triple is 3, and Double is 2 people in a room. Prices decrease with higher occupancy due to shared room costs.
The package price does not include daily breakfast at the hotels. Lunch and dinner are not included, giving you the flexibility to explore local cuisine as per your preference.
In the unlikely event of a visa rejection, Travel Villa follows a transparent refund policy: Visa Fee: Non-refundable (as per Saudi regulations). Hotels: Non-refundable once booked. Airline Tickets: Refund will be processed according to the respective airline’s cancellation charges and policies. Yes, you will be met upon arrival by our local representative. They will assist with transfers and be available for support. A guided tour for Ziyarat in Madinah is also included.
